so this is my first post here, and I NEED HELP!! i've been on ww since september, and i started at 161. at my lowest, i was at 144, and since then, i've almost given up. it's so hard, since i'm a student, and now i'm on summer vacation, so i'm home all of the time and when i'm bored, i eat. if anyone has any suggestions or positive thoughts, i'm all ears! thanks guys...i'm trying to get back on the wagon here, i want to go to college in the fall with a new body!!
